The project
A new sustainable waterside development offering a mix of high quality affordable, market and rental homes in a series of blocks arranged around a central shared space. The first phase, completed in June 2021, consists of two new 21-storey and 14-storey residential apartment blocks comprising of 226 apartments.
The solution
Direct Security were commissioned to install a networked landlord fire alarm system, buildings and public realm video surveillance system, along with an intercom door entry system to all apartments with lift destination control and an access control system.
There is also an ongoing maintenance contract direct with end users.
